SOLIFAN (the “Company”) recognizes the proper handling of personal information as an important responsibility in providing operations design, data foundation design, and AI readiness services.
We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws, and manage and operate personal information appropriately under this policy.

As a company that designs operational, data, and AI foundations, we consider not only technical efficiency but also the effects of decision-making structures.
- Clear purpose: Data collection and algorithm design are based on a clear purpose.
- Data minimization: We do not collect or retain more data than necessary.
- Care in structuring decisions: When embedding decisions in systems or algorithms, we consider their impact and ownership in advance, and seek designs that can be verified and corrected. Automation should clarify responsibility, not make it ambiguous.
- Respect for human dignity: We do not design solely for efficiency or rationality. Optimization should enable people, not remove them.
- Explainability: We seek to preserve explainability within a reasonable scope.

We respond appropriately, in accordance with law, to requests from individuals for disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use.
