Purpose

Solid Foundation LLC (the “Company”) recognizes the appropriate protection of information assets as the foundation of business continuity and social responsibility in providing business design and data foundation services.

This policy aims to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets handled by the Company.

This policy applies to all information assets owned or managed by the Company.

Basic principles

We maintain information security based on the following principles.

Confidentiality: We manage access so that only duly authorized persons can access information.
Integrity: We manage information so it remains accurate and current.
Availability: We maintain a structure that provides access to needed information when needed.

Risk management

We identify and assess risks to information assets and take reasonable and appropriate measures.

Use of cloud and external services

When using cloud services, we confirm their security level and contract terms, and manage them appropriately.

When using servers outside Japan, we comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Education and awareness

We provide ongoing information security education and awareness training to personnel.

Incident response

If an incident such as information leakage, tampering, or unauthorized access occurs, we promptly verify the facts, prevent further damage, and report to relevant parties and authorities as necessary.

Continual improvement

We continuously review this policy and our management structure in response to legal and business changes.
